The employer default fund form is used by an employer to nominate their default super fund. This copy is prefilled for ING Living Super, and suitable for an employer to provide to their employees. The default fund nomination communicates to an employee which super fund they will be registered with if they don't complete their super choice form. The employer will register the new employee and make contributions to the default super fund.

The ING Living Super compliance letter is confirmation that ING Living Super complies with the necessary regulations and standards to be considered a 'complying superannuation fund.' This document is required as proof of this super funds complying status, and should be provided to your employer as part of your super choice.

A Superannuation Standard Choice Form, or Super Choice Form, is a document that allows employees to provide a superannuation fund selection to their employer, for the payment of their employer contributions. The Super Choice Form enables employees to exercise their "choice of fund" rights. The Superannuation Standard Choice Form is provided by the Australian Tax Office (ATO) and accepted by all employers.
